Cognos 8.4 features. Main advantage of Cognos 8.4 over others?

Cognos 8.4BI is the new inbox BI from IBM. It has lot of new features. Mainly this package comes in two different forms with powerplay and without powerplay. Most of the companies use the second package which has almost all the features used for business modelers, data analysts, report authors, system admins etc.

Features present:
1. Suppressing Rows and columns that has invalid values like zero, missing, overflow, junk values.
2. You can also view the lifecycle information on Report Studio, Query studio, analysis studio and report viewer.

3. For business Analysts and managers, features like filters and sorters in the Framework manager where they can filter directly are included which help report authors to directly jump into the reporting.
